Does this uptight radio DJ have a point ....?

have you ever heard of the song YMCA the village people sang about it and even though the YMCA became popular during that time they still sued them for saying their name in the song. Your not aloud to say the name of a business unless they are sponsoring, have you ever noticed that certain TV shows have odd names because they can't unless they are sponsoring the program.
