If Jesus did exist wouldn't a lot of his miracles seem like hoaxes?

Giving a blind man sight, making a lame man able to walk, resurrecting the dead, curing the sick, and freeing someone from dementia are all "miracles" that could be performed by simply hiring an actor. Any insight on this?
