I am looking for a doctor that will help me get a lift and reduction for back pain reasons I liv in VT?

I am a 23 year old female in Vermont and I only recieve Medcaid insurance. I lost a tremendous amount of weight and my now sag to a point that it hurts my shoulders and back. Its not that my are too large. Its the way they sag that make me ache. I run and I work out and ever two sports bras hurt. Any suggestions that will help me find a surgeon that will help me knowing I only recieve Medicaid??? I am in Burlington Vermont THANK YOU
