Should John McCain be censured for isting Donald Diamond in cheating the US Government out of $18 million?

This charge appeared in the NYT by Jim Rutenberg who earlier submitted more Hot Air journalism when he accused McCain of ual involvement with a campaign worker. The charge was dropped by the NYT because it was untrue. This latest article of Rutenberg's continued attacks on McCain has yet to be even remotely substantiated. Sorry! Even Obama has not bothered with the charge probably because of it appearing in the NYT known for their Yellow Journalism. An interesting note is why the NYT and Rutenberg have never mentioned Harry Reid who benefited personally from his sponsorship of land swaps. Also the land deal involving Diamond had the support of legislators, businessman, and guess who? Environmentalists.
