Is it normal for the heartbeat to increase when inhaling?

I feel that my heartbeat increases slightly when I inhale and slows down when I exhale, is this normal? Is this called an irregular heartbeat or is that different? My heartbeat per minute is around 75 and I exercise regularly if that helps.
