Any amazing fundraising ideas?

I'm going to france next summer, but need the money to pay for it. A branch of our school is not cool with fundraising through the school for any activities other than sports because apparently that's the point of school. But, I need to come up with money to pay for the trip. Anybody have ideas? It would be great
