"cotton candy" outfit help?

Wear a bra or a half shirt that you don't care about, and glue cotton swabs or fake halloween spider webs all over it, then spray paint it pink or blue or whatever color cotton candy you want. You can also make a sort of hair thing out of the spider webs or cotton swabs to wear in your hair to match your top.
