I'm sorry I don't completely understand what you're asking, but I'll take a guess from the verses you laid out. Every man is responsible for his own sin. The devil has never made anybody sin, nor is he held responsible for your sin. And nobody else is responsible for your sin but you and you alone. God won't punish you for something that you didn't do. There is no contradiction, as someone else said there was.
