I need any kind of real paranormal stories for our upcoming TV show, so please let me know if any.?

I was 'visited' by my partners mother, whom I never met and whom I knew nothing about until I told him of my story and he showed me pictures and her life story. It was her. She gave me a message that to this day I will never forget, since then I have 'seen' many other things that would be considered paranormal :) more info if you like
