ok before anything...im doing this for fittness, I play sports and want to improve my self and I thought vegan life could help. now i need help on what to eat, i mean I cant eat the same food everyday like a ******* salad each day right?! and if i have to oh well, I already though of steamed white rice, a ration of fruits and vegetables, beans and lots of h2o and oriental tea... and carbs and sweets are a NONO...what do you think?
