My friend can't sing!?

she has a nice tone in her voice but she is ALWAYS out of tune i wna say it in her face but she's a gooood friend and it might put our friendship in jeopardy and everyone at school think she's good but its so shocking how they cant hear her properly + she's 14 yrs old
