Am I too old to get into piano lessons ?

I am 15 and I really want to learn about clical music, and I want to be able to play things by Liszt and Debussy, Mozart etc., I kind of self taught my self on some things, I know basics, I can read notes, but I can't read all the notes, like I said basic stuff, I know the finger readings and all that stuff, but I really want to start playing piano, what if i did like an hour and a half lesson per week, I also have a keyboard at home that I can practice on, so if I practiced 10 extra hours a week, can I play maybe a hungarian raphosdy in 2-3 years, I really need/ wants a talent, I want to compete and it looks good for college, plus clical format of piano just relaxes me, also how much does piano cost, Ive been trying to find a pianist who is a teacher from Rhode Island but I cant find really that many people that specialize in clical
